How to Use the Summary Emails Addon
Step 1: Install the Required Plugins
Install and activate the Quiz Maker plugin on your WordPress website.
Then install and activate the Summary Emails Addon through the Plugins section.
Step 2: Open Summary Emails
After activating the addon, a new Summary Emails section will appear in the Quiz Maker menu.
Open this section to create and manage your automated reports.
Step 3: Create a New Report
Click the Add New button to create a new summary email report.
You can create multiple reports based on your monitoring needs.
Step 4: Configure the Report
Fill in the required settings, including:
- Title – add a name to identify the report.
- Status – enable or disable the report.
- Summary Type – choose between a general report or a report for an individual quiz.
- Session Period – select how often you want to receive the report.
- Email Address(es) – enter the email addresses that should receive the report.
If you want to send the report to multiple recipients, separate the email addresses with commas.
Step 5: Save the Report
After configuring all the required options, save your report.
The addon will then automatically send the selected quiz statistics according to your chosen schedule.
* This addon works only with the Business/Developer and Agency versions of the Quiz Maker plugin.
