The Conditional Results Addon lets you create customized result pages, emails, and redirects based on the answers users provide in your quizzes.
You can build multiple answer paths using flexible AND/OR conditions and create a unique outcome for each combination of answers. This makes the addon especially useful for personalized quizzes, recommendation funnels, assessments, and lead generation campaigns.

How to Use the Conditional Results Addon
Step 1: Install the Addon
Download the Conditional Results Addon and install it through your WordPress dashboard:
Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
After installation, activate the addon.
Step 2: Open Conditional Results
Once activated, a new Conditional Results section will appear in the Quiz Maker menu.
Open it to view the quizzes available on your website.
Step 3: Select a Quiz
Find the quiz you want to customize.
You can search for a specific quiz or filter the list by category. Select the desired quiz to open the condition editor.
Step 4: Create Your First Condition
Click Add Condition or the + button to begin.
Choose the Question you want to use as a condition, then select the specific answer that should trigger the condition.
Step 5: Build Your Answer Path
Add additional conditions using the + button.
You can combine multiple conditions with:
- AND – all selected conditions must be met.
- OR – any of the selected conditions can trigger the result.
Create as many conditions as necessary to cover different user answer combinations.
Step 6: Customize the Result
After creating a condition, configure what users should receive when they follow that particular answer path.
You have three main options:
Page
Create a customized result message that will be displayed to the user after completing the specific answer path.
Email
Write a personalized email that will be sent to the user. You can also attach a file to the email if needed.
Redirect
Send users to a specific URL based on their answers. You can set a delay before the redirect occurs. Setting the delay to 0 redirects users immediately after completing the quiz.
Step 7: Add More Conditions
Continue adding condition paths until you’ve covered all the outcomes you want to provide.
There is no fixed limit on the number of conditions or cases you can create, allowing you to build complex personalized quiz experiences.
Step 8: Save Your Conditions
Once all your answer paths and results are configured, click Save to apply the settings.
Step 9: Publish the Quiz
Copy the quiz shortcode from the top of the Conditional Results page and add it to the WordPress post or page where you want the quiz to appear.
Your users will then receive personalized results, emails, or redirects based on the answers they provide.
