The MailPoet Integration Addon connects your WordPress quizzes with MailPoet and automatically adds quiz participants to your selected MailPoet list.
By collecting users’ names and email addresses through your quizzes, you can turn quiz participants into newsletter subscribers and manage your email campaigns directly from your WordPress dashboard. MailPoet also allows you to organize subscribers into different lists and create more targeted email content.

How to Use the MailPoet Integration Addon
Step 1: Install the Required Plugins
First, make sure the MailPoet plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website.
Then download and install the MailPoet Integration Addon through the Plugins section of your WordPress dashboard.
After activating the addon, its functionality will be added to Quiz Maker.
Step 2: Create a MailPoet List
Before configuring the integration, create the subscriber list you want to use in the MailPoet plugin.
This list will later be selected in the Quiz Maker integration settings.
Step 3: Enable MailPoet for Your Quiz
Open the quiz you want to connect and go to:
Quiz → Integrations → MailPoet Settings
Enable the MailPoet option and select the MailPoet list where you want to add quiz participants.
Step 4: Enable the Information Form
Go to the User Data tab and enable the Information Form option.
Move the Name and Email fields from Available Fields to Active Fields using drag and drop.
These fields will be used to collect the information that will be sent to MailPoet.
Step 5: Choose When to Collect User Information
You can decide when users should provide their information.
With the Before Quiz option, participants will enter their name and email before starting the quiz.
With the After Quiz option, users will provide their information after completing the quiz and before viewing their results.
The second option can be useful when you want to encourage users to complete the quiz before asking for their contact details.
Step 6: Save Your Settings
After configuring the integration and information form, save your quiz settings.
From now on, the collected participant information will be added to your selected MailPoet list.
