After activating the add-on, two tabs will appear in the Frontend Request submenu. You need to copy the shortcode and paste it into the post/page, where you want it to display. After that, you will see every request you get from the visitors in the Requests tab. You can also enable the auto-approve option from the Shortcode tab so that the quizzes be added to your site automatically.
