PERSONALITY TEST
To get a similar quiz, you need to assign keywords (A, B, C, D, etc.) to the corresponding answers. After that, you need to set down a keyword-based message for each option. The results message is based on the majority of the selected answers by the user and will show the possibly appropriate message to him/her on the results page of the quiz. You can navigate through answers by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab, tick an answer by pressing Space, and move forward to the next question using the Enter key.

Just saw there is an update.
I was wondering how to apply this update as “Quiz Maker” doesn’t show in the plugins tab in WP, hence can’t be updated.
Any help on this?

You just need to enable Show question results on the results page option from the Results Settings tab of the particular quiz.
