PERSONALITY TEST
To get a similar quiz, you need to assign keywords (A, B, C, D, etc.) to the corresponding answers. After that, you need to set down a keyword-based message for each option. The results message is based on the majority of the selected answers by the user and will show the possibly appropriate message to him/her on the results page of the quiz. You can navigate through answers by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab, tick an answer by pressing Space, and move forward to the next question using the Enter key.

If I understand you correctly,and you mean to create a profile page for the users, than unfortunately our plugin does not provide that kind of functionality.
You can use other user management plugin. (for example the Ultimate Member plugin)

I want to limit who can access the quiz to only those who registered to our website and paid to take the quiz.
