Does the question theme receive detailed explanation? For example, when I ask a question about a TV series that is both easy and difficult, fun and interesting, does it systematically provide the correct answers? When I watched the trailer video, I saw that it consisted of 5 same type of questions, that’s why I’m asking this. Can it focus on specific topics and difficulty levels?

      Dear Efe,

      Thank you for the comment.

I want to mention, that the generated questions highly depend on the prompt you give.
The plugin doesn’t perform an action here. It is the ChatGPT, that generates questions.

      Thank you.

Is Question Theme field accept quesiton detail or just one word as topic name?
For example can i type “The Godfather (1972); mix question with this features; easy, hard, fun, interesting” in Question Theme field?

      Dear Efe,

      Thank you for the comment.

Yes, you can type the prompt you are mentioning and the ChatGPT Integration addon will create questions and answers for this topic.

      Thank you.

      Dear Efe,

      Thank you for the comment.

Please let me explain how the ChatGPT Integration addon actually works.
The addon is a question builder. You can choose the topic, based on which the questions will be generated and the count of questions and answers.
When you click on the Generate button, we send the request to OpenAI, and it generates questions with answers.

As to the ChatGPT Assistant, it is a separate plugin. You can learn more about the plugin here:
      https://ays-pro.com/wordpress/chatgpt-assistant

      Thank you.

   1) In the leaderboard, can it base solely on point system. It will show cumulative points earned (including substract points for wrong answer) by each user who had answer to one or more quiz in the website?

   2) Do you have an video that demonstrate how the points and allocated for correct and wrong answer?

   3) If user didn’t login, how will the leaderboard track their position in leaderboard?

   4) Can we insert a drop down list to show leaderboard by country/region? I noted there is a country field in registration in the free version but it is a free form text field, which means any text other than country can be fill in my participant which makes it inaccurate.

   5) 2FA are enfored on the website for all users. New user have to complete 2FA step upon registration, will it cause any error as I find it hard to make it work using the free version. {may be it is restricted for free version} I use Ultimate Member + another 2FA plugin.

   6) Do you have a demo pro site that we can test out developer features before I purchase?

      Dear Elton,

      Thank you for the comment.

Please find the answers to your questions below.

      1. I want to mention, that the Leaderboard has the Points system.
      See it here: https://ibb.co/Sn6HKkg

However, I am not sure I understand your request correctly. So, please clarify your desired result more in detail for a better understanding.

      2. I want to mention, that in case you choose By weight/point calculation method, there are no correct/incorrect answers for the quiz.
You can check this video for more information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHolVT3O0Zk

      3. You can choose either No grouping or by Email method and the Leaderboard will be available for guests as well.

      4. You can create a custom field with the Select type (manually write the countries/regions) and tick the Individual leaderboard so it can be added as a column there.

      See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/jv1y3p4

      5. At the moment, unfortunately, there is no such functionality available for usage.
Also, the plugin doesn’t have a connection to the login/registration functionality, as it is a separate system.
In that case, you will need to use a User Management plugin for handling user registration

By the way, we have searched and found these ones, so, if you want, you can use one of these plugins:
      https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-registration/
      https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-member/

      6. I want to mention, that, we are not providing a trial period for our products.
Instead, we are offering a money-back guarantee. If you don’t like our product over the next 30 days after purchase, then we will refund 100% of your money.
But, before sending your refund request to our Management Team, you will need to clarify the exact reason for your refund request.

Also, you are welcome to ask any presale questions before making the purchase.

      Thank you.

In the leaderboard, can it base solely on point system. It will show cumulative points earned (including substract points for wrong answer) by each user who had answer to one or more quiz in the website?
e.g. In each questions, user pick 1 answer from 5 answer. 1 of which are correct. 4 wrong/no answer are given -5 points/each, 1 correct answer will get +10 points.
The leaderboard will determine the total points earned/deducted and store it for the respective quiz.
All user start with 0 points
In quiz A, 50 questions. (each question timer max 8 seconds)
User A answer 30 with correct answer, total points earned 200 (300-100), duration spent 350second
User B answer 20 with correct answer, total points earned 50 (200-150), duration spent 395second
User C answer 25 with correct answer, total points earned 125 (250-125), duration spent 380second
User D answer 10 with correct answer, total points deducted -100 (100-200), duration spent 396second

In quiz B, 30 questions (same points system like quiz A) (each question timer max 10 seconds)
User A answer 10 with correct answer, total points earned 0 (100-100), duration spent 296second
User B answer 15 with correct answer, total points earned 75 (150-75), duration spent 290second
User C answer 20 with correct answer, total points earned 150 (200-50), duration spent 298second
User D answer 25 with correct answer, total points earned 225 (250-25), duration spent 270second
User E answer 28 with correct answer, total points earned 270 (280-10), duration spent 280second

In quiz C, 40 questions (correct answer get 20 points, wrong/no answer -10 points) (each question timer max 15 seconds)
User A answer 20 with correct answer, total points earned 200 (400-200), duration spent 550second
User B answer 35 with correct answer, total points earned 650 (700-50), duration spent 540second
User C answer 30 with correct answer, total points earned 500 (600-100), duration spent 535second
User D answer 35 with correct answer, total points earned 650 (700-50), duration spent 568second
User E answer 38 with correct answer, total points earned 740 (760-20), duration spent 588second

Depending on the type of leaderboard presented by admin, it will display cumulative points earn for the respective leaderboard and rank them accordingly. Along with cumulative duration used.

      Leaderboard for Quiz A
      User A 200 duration 350second
      User C 125 duration 380second
      User B 50 duration 395second
      User D -100 duration 396second
      …
      …

      Leaderboard for Quiz B
      User E 270 duration 280second
      User D 225 duration 270second
      User C 150 duration 298second
      User B 75 duration 290second
      User A 0 duration 296second
      …
      …

      Leaderboard for Quiz C
      User E 740 duration 588second
      User B 650 duration 540second
      User D 650 duration 568second
      User C 500 duration 535second
      User A 200 duration 550second
      …
      …

      Leaderboard for Quiz A + B
      User A 200 duration 646second
      User B 125 duration 685second
      User C 275 duration 678second
      User D 125 duration 666second
      User E 270 duration 280second
      …
      …

      Leaderboard for all Quiz
      User E 1010 duration 868second
      User C 775 duration 1213second
      User B 775 duration 1225second
      User D 775 duration 1234second
      User A 400 duration 1196second
      …
      …

      Additional questions:-
      7) Can the duration to made to show my millisecond in case there is a time in duration, if not, what is the current login of positioning when there is a tie in points and durations? Is that customizable?
      8) I notice when user click login without any login details, it redirect to WP default login page, is that a bug?
      9) Per your answer (3) to displaying user that are not login (aka guest). How will it be presented in Leaderboard since there are no Username presented for them to fill in?
      10) Per your answer to country/region fill (4), it is still a text field and not from a drop down list. User can fill in anything other than country/region. Or there is a option to display base on drop down list from a list of options provided by admin?
      11) The existing leaderboard system don’t allow you to filter by country/region, can you clarify if this is true?

      Dear Elton,

Thank you for your reply and clarification.

As to the Leaderboard (cumulative points).
The plugin works in the way you are mentioning.

In order to show the leaderboard for each quiz, you need to choose the Individual Leaderboard Settings shortcode.
      See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/m961f1N

In order to show the leaderboard for the A+B quizzes, you need to choose the Leaderboard By Quiz Category Settings shortcode.
      See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/s1t9G3x

      See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/P4cRTfY

      As to the additional questions.
      7. If two quiz takers get the same points and the same duration, the name of the user who passed the quiz earlier will be displayed in the Leaderboard first.

      8. The plugin has the Quiz Login Form Settings option with the help of which you can redirect the users to your desired custom link.
To find this option, head to the Quiz Maker plugin > General Settings page > General tab.
      See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/z7vtKLQ

      9. In the case of choosing the Email way of grouping, the user needs to fill in the name and email in the Information form option (User Data tab).In the case of choosing the No grouping way of grouping, the user needs to fill in the name in the Information form option (User Data tab).

      10. You need to choose the Select/Dropdown custom field and manually add the countries/regions the user must choose from.
      See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/h1g7GT2

      11. The plugin, unfortunately, doesn’t have this feature available for usage.

      Thank you.

One last question before I making the purchase.
The above (9) & (10) is that part of free version ? or pro/developer/agency

Just want to make sure I’m making the right purchase. If there are any part of your answer that require specific version, please let me know in your reply so that I can make a better choice.
