PERSONALITY TEST
To get a similar quiz, you need to assign keywords (A, B, C, D, etc.) to the corresponding answers. After that, you need to set down a keyword-based message for each option. The results message is based on the majority of the selected answers by the user and will show the possibly appropriate message to him/her on the results page of the quiz. You can navigate through answers by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab, tick an answer by pressing Space, and move forward to the next question using the Enter key.

You can import bulk questions via four formats (CSV, XLSX, Simple XLSX and JSON).
There are no any kind of limitations regarding the questions. You can import as much as you want.

Is the license for plugin is valid for only 12 months? what to do after 12 months?

Thank you for your comment.
If you purchase the Business package, then you will not have any update after 12 months, as your subscription will be expired and you no longer will be a Pro Version client.
The main differences between packages are Support and Update, besides some options.
The Developer plan has updates and support for a lifetime, while the Business plan has them for only 12 months.

Is it possible to show the answers only when they enter detsils after quiz?
I m using the free version and Am thinking of upgrading.

Sure, you can enable the Information Form after the quiz, make the fields required and the quiz taker will see the finishing page with the question results after filling in the required fields(email, phone, … ).
