PERSONALITY TEST
To get a similar quiz, you need to assign keywords (A, B, C, D, etc.) to the corresponding answers. After that, you need to set down a keyword-based message for each option. The results message is based on the majority of the selected answers by the user and will show the possibly appropriate message to him/her on the results page of the quiz. You can navigate through answers by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab, tick an answer by pressing Space, and move forward to the next question using the Enter key.

Here are the answers to your questions:
1. Unfortunately, nope. The plugin does not have already created quizzes by default.
2. Sure, you can import bulk questions via four formats (CSV, XLSX, Simple XLSX and JSON).
There are no any kind of limitations regarding the questions. You can import as much as you want.

3. Sure. In general, firstly you are creating a new question in the Questions list table, then you can select that question for whichever quiz you preferred.
