PERSONALITY TEST
To get a similar quiz, you need to assign keywords (A, B, C, D, etc.) to the corresponding answers. After that, you need to set down a keyword-based message for each option. The results message is based on the majority of the selected answers by the user and will show the possibly appropriate message to him/her on the results page of the quiz. You can navigate through answers by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab, tick an answer by pressing Space, and move forward to the next question using the Enter key.

how to configure the certificate, can we use our own certificate template

First of all, you need to enable the Send Certificate To User option, which is responsible for the certificate. (Quiz Maker plugin -> Quizzes -> given quiz -> E-mail, Certificate tab)
Then, you need to customize the following options based on your needs:
-Certificate pass score
-Certificate title
-Certificate body
-Certificate orientation
-Certificate background image (you can add the custom background via this option)
-Certificate frame
You can customize the text of the certificate title and body with the help of the plugin’s huge variety of variables.
To find them, please go to the Quiz Maker plugin -> General Settings -> Message Variables.
