The WordPress Quiz Plugin has an Integration with ConvertKit. So, let’s explore the simple steps you need to follow to enable the Integration.
Creating ConvertKit account #
Of course, to enable the ConvertKit Integration with WordPress Quiz, you need to create an account on ConvertKit. To do so, head to the ConvertKit website and sign up for free.
If you already have an account you can skip the sign-up process and just log in to your account.
Taking ConvertKit API Key #
Once you have logged in to your ConvertKit account, it is high time to take the API Key for further settings configurations. To take the API Key, please follow these steps:
- Head to the ConvertKit account > Account Settings > Developer Settings.
- There, you can see the API Key generated for your account.
- Copy the API Key to put it into the Quiz Settings later.
Enabling ConvertKit Integration in WordPress Quiz #
The steps to enable the ConvertKit Integration in Quiz are very easy to follow. Here are the steps:
- Head to the Quiz Maker plugin > General Settings page > Integrations Tab > ConvertKit Integration.
- Paste the copied API Key into the corresponding input.
- Save the changes afterward.
- Then, go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Integrations Tab.
- Find the ConvertKit Integration and tick the checkbox to enable it.
- Don’t forget to select a list.
Collecting the Data of Quiz Takers #
In order the Integration can work correctly for you, you need to enable the Information Form and collect the quiz takers’ data.
To do so, please go to the Quizzes page > particular quiz > User Data Tab. Tick the Information Form option. You can set it either Before or After Quiz.
Then, drag and drop the fields from the Available Fields into the Active Fields.
That’s it. The ConvertKit Integration is successfully enabled for the Quiz.
