Collecting the quiz taker’s submissions is one of the most important aspects of using quizzes on your website. Quiz submissions help you track the quiz taker’s progress, evaluate the user’s understanding of the given topic, perform better targeting, etc.
In this article, we are going to discuss Individual Quiz Submissions of the WordPress Quiz Plugin.
Screen Options and Filters #
The Screen Options feature comes to help you better organize the Submissions page of the individual quiz. You can decide what columns you want to display in the Submissions List Table.
Please follow these steps to open the Screen Options and choose your desired columns.
- Click on the Screen Options.
- In the opened menu, tick/untick your desired checkboxes to display/hide corresponding columns.
- Moreover, specify the submission count you want to have on one page for the Pagination input.
Also, you can perform a Filtering on the Individual Quiz Submissions page:
- Bulk Actions
a. Firstly, you can mark results as read/unread in bulk.
b. If, for some reason, the Certificate wasn’t sent to the quiz takers, you can resend it in bulk.
c. You can bulk delete the submissions. - Filtering By User – You can search for the corresponding user’s submissions.
Tabs #
So, there are 7 Tabs on the Individual Quiz Submissions Page: Results, Not Finished, Statistics, Questions, Question category statistics, Leaderboard, and Reviews.
On the Results Tab, you can see all the submissions of the given quiz. You can perform bulk actions, filter the submissions there, and, of course, export the submissions.
On the Not Finished Tab, you can see the submissions of those quiz takers who left the quiz halfway/unfinished. There, you can see the WP Username, User IP, Start Date, and the ID.
On the Statistics Tab, you can see the quiz statistics in engaging charts, particularly:
- Reports count per day
- Quiz takers’ correct answers
- Quiz passed users (logged-in/guests)
- Users count by score
- Users count by interval
- Keyword statistics
On the Questions Tab, you can see the questions of the quiz, the correctness percentage, amount of correct answers, and the Question ID.
Moreover, you can also export the questions statistics.
The Question category statistics Tab displays the statistics of the Category right answers by percentage.
On the Leaderboard Tab, you can see the list of top users passing the given quiz. You can see the scores they got for the quiz and the duration of passing the quiz.
On the Reviews Tab, you can see how the quiz takers rated the quiz. Here you can see the WP User name, the Quiz Name, the User IP, Name, Email address, the Rate Date, the Rate itself, the Review, and the ID. With the Screen Options, you can tick/untick the columns you want to see there.
Moreover, you can bulk delete the submission/only the review and filter the reviews by the rate and with/without reviews.
