Collecting the submissions of the quiz takers is one of the most important aspects of the quiz creation process. It not only helps to assess the knowledge of the quiz takers but also allows you to collect personal data from the quiz takers while ensuring that data privacy and security․
In this article, we will get acquainted with the All Submissions page of the WordPress Quiz Plugin. So, let’s begin.
Screen Options and Filters #
With the Screen Options, you can specify the columns you want to include in the Submissions List Table.
- Click on the Screen Options button.
- In the opened menu, choose the columns you want to display in the submissions list table by ticking/unticking the checkboxes.
- Also, specify how many quiz submissions you want to display on the Dashboard on one page for the “Pagination”.
Also, with the Filtering feature the plugin offers, you can do the following:
- Bulk delete the submissions.
- Filter the submissions by Category.
Tabs #
There are 4 Tabs on the All Quizzes Submissions page: Quizzes, Global Statistics, Global Leaderboard, and All Results.
Let’s discuss each of them one by one.
On the Quizzes Tab, you can see all the submissions of all quizzes. Also, you can filter the submissions by categories, bulk delete them, and export the submissions of quizzes.
On the Global Statistics Tab, you can see the global quiz statistics, particularly, the number of completes. Here, you can check both the statistics for all the quizzes and your desired quiz.
The statistics of the most and least popular quizzes are displayed there. Also, you can see the filtering by the date of passing the quiz: quizzes taken last 1 day, last 7 days, last 25 days, last 30 days, last 120 days.
On the Global Leaderboard Tab, you can see the list of top users passing the quizzes. Also, you can see the scores they received and the duration of passing the quizzes.
On the All Results Tab, you can see all the submissions of all quizzes.
On this Tab, you can find the following functions:
- Screen options – You can choose what columns you want to display for this Tab by ticking/unticking them from the Screen Options.
- Bulk Actions – You can bulk delete the submissions and mark them as read/unread.
- Filtering – You can filter the submissions by Quiz and by Users.
- Detailed Report – By clicking on the View details button, you can see the detailed report of the given user’s submission.
