In this article, we will explore common cases users may encounter when using the Google Sheets Integration.
Case #1| No data is sent to Google Sheets though the Integration is enabled #
If you have correctly configured the Integration and the names and email addresses of the quiz takers can’t be sent to the Google Sheets, then, please check the following case.
- Head to the Quizzes > particular quiz > User Data Tab.
- Make sure you have enabled the Information Form option.
- Then, make sure the Name and Email default fields are in the Active Fields. Please note, that if you have the Name and Email fields as custom fields, the integration will not work for you. So, make sure to use the default Name and Email Fields for the quiz.

Case #2| No data is sent though the Default Fields are chosen #
If you have correctly configured all the settings, enabled the Information Form, and chosen the default fields, and you are still experiencing any problems with the Google Sheets, then, please check the following case.
Most presumably, the Google Sheets API Extension is disabled for you. You need to enable it and check the case again.
